I wish to begin this review by saying I would give “Vaughan’s Comfort Sercices” 10+ stars with respect to having a sump pump pipe leak detected initially and then addressed by 2 highly skilled techs, Julian and Steve from their plumbing department who worked all day outside diligently digging in the bitter cold on December 30th with gusty winds and once they reached the pipe several more feet below the surface, they resealed it as well as on the inside in my basement, then filled in the dirt and top soil, added mulch and were certain to have that area slope downward so as to keep rainwater away from my foundation, truly a full day of tough labor and their professional expertise and cordial demeanor were exemplary… They kept me informed as to their findings and I couldn’t be more pleased with the meticulous attention given to resolve this issue…
I’m a relatively new customer, had their amazing HVAC team install a new TRANE system in July and now I had members of their stellar plumbing department come to address this issue… So impressed I was with how they set up a tarp on my lawn and were very organized with their tools, etc… Their cleanup was extraordinary, one would never know they did any work along the foundation in the front of my home as well as sweep up any debris in my basement from the repair… I sincerely thank them, their pride in their profession is praiseworthy… I’m certain that they will be returning to my home for any future plumbing issues… I highly recommend “Vaughan Comfort Services” for HVAC and plumbing issues, they never disappoint… This recent issue was addressed in a timely manner once I called Service, discussed the matter with Seairra who advised me to send a video, Tom Weaver, their head Supervisor reviewed it, assigned Julian to come to assess, and the job was scheduled and completed ASAP during the holiday week… Simply remarkable!!!… I had seen a little water in my basement and knew it needed to be addressed quickly and Julian was able to give me a summary of what would be done when he came to assess, the quote was reasonable and I soon received an invoice, agreed to have them return, made my payment and can now be reassured with the task completed that no water will come through around that pipe now that it has been professionally sealed… I truly applaud the A team who worked on this issue, so dedicated and enthusiastic they were with the task they addressed in spite of the bitter cold and windy weather conditions and above all, I am very grateful that “Vaughan” was able to address this issue for me in such a timely manner… I also wish to share that their Office Staff is delightful, well versed and always pleased to welcome calls and offer assistance to resolve HVAC and plumbing issues… In conclusion, may the entire “Vaughan Comfort Services’ Team” continue enjoying personal gratification and success in their cherished professions… I won’t hesitate to contact them again for future issues knowing they provide extensive services which are clearly described on their website that helped me in believing that they would be able to address my issue and for certain, it was done with mastery…
