“Our system was completely down during one of our heat waves. Vaughn offered us the use of two window units at no additional cost as we scheduled the installation of the new unit. When staff arrived to install they were timely and placed protection on our hardwood floors. They were courteous both days here. There was a problem whic necessitated them staying longer than normal business hours. A part was needed and we were kept advised as to when it would arrive and when it would be installed. Overall we are well pleased with our experience.”

“I know that Vaughan is a good company, I had my water tank replaced in 2024 and was very satisfied with the job. On 4/10 I had my Garbage disposal isntalled and was very surprised with the prising. I pais $784.15 for this job. This is average Badger model that cost $150.00. I understand the company has to make a profit, but not like this. Unfortunatlly you cannot find a price schedule on the web side, I would not used this company if I had lnown the cost befor hand.”
