Quality installation, pricey system
Pricey service. I increased my service plan expecting to get more done and I think less time was spent on the system than last time for about twice the price. Reduced my service back to original plan and technician was great!

We always have a good experience with Vaughn. Joe, our technician arrived right on time and is always courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what was going on in simple terms and even gave us a few tips for keeping things running efficiently. We have been using them for the past fours years after they bought our previous HVAC service and we highly recommend them.

Tech arrived on time and was familiar with our AC unit & compressor. He expressed concern over the age of our system & the inability to get coolant for this system in the future. I totally understood. I believe the tech did a thorough job in what maintenance he performed.
