I would describe their service as impeccable from start to finish! It only took two days for them to convert me from oil to gas!
I’m posting before & after pics that say it all!
They were all helpful & professional &
I think my house was cleaner when they left

Great experience from start to finish. Had new AC/furnace and water heater installed. The team from Vaughan was a pleasure to work with from sales, office personnel and the installers. The job was professionally done on time.

We had our 125 yr old exterior sewage pipes replaced, which includes redoing some inside plumbing. Very grateful for going with Vaughan. We had other estimates, but after meeting Tom and hearing the design approach, the method of repair, it made more sense, it was better in that it was less expensive and less intrusive, whereas others would have ripped up my patio. Not only that, but they did not let us down, they stayed until just past dusk making sure the job was finished. Thank you- you all did a great job.

The installers arrived on time, set up to keep the floors protected, explained the process and estimated completion time. They removed the old unit and disposed of it, installed the new unit and ensured everything worked properly, and cleaned up after all was completed. The price was very reasonable and communication with the office, installers and project manager was perfect. Several days after install we noticed an unfamiliar noise, contacted Vaughn who sent out the project manager who was able to identify the cause and resolve it. It was not an install or operational issue, and the resolution was quick and easy. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and will contact them again for HVAC needs.

Used them back in February and honestly had a really great experience. They were professional, courteous, and didn’t try to overcharge me, which I appreciated. Everything was handled smoothly and they just made the whole process easy.

I’m actually using them again now for another leak, and their communication has been solid. My HOA has been pretty unresponsive, but they’ve stayed on top of things and kept me updated on their end, which has taken a lot of the stress off.

Overall just really reliable and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend them.

yesterday Steve came to fix my sink that was not draining and then starting leaking. He came in, checked it out with a camera let me know what he was going to do and gave me a price. That was 830am he was here for a few hours had to go up on the roof but got the drain unclogged and fixed the leak. Also kept everything clean ! Thanks Steve for a great job 😃👍

This company is great they are always the ones I call whenever I have a household issue

We had a new Trane HVAC system installed. Our technicians were James, Mo, & Matthew. They did a great job. They were professional and courteous. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail that they put into the installation project as well as the cleanliness of the work area. Start to finish we were impressed with their work ethic and courtesy. The work site was left looking better than before the installation. David answered all our questions with patience and clarity. I pais $784.15 for this job. This is average Badger model that cost $150.00. I understand the company has to make a profit, but not like this. Unfortunatlly you cannot find a price schedule on the web side, I would not used this company if I had lnown the cost befor hand.”
